Monster has a very simple mission: to bring people together. We created a campaign that told people Today is the Day that you will come together with the right person.

This campaign features "job interviews" with potential candidates.

We placed the announcement and then had our "employee" paint his own billboard. We got an actual billboard painter on the billboard for 3 days.
